Frances Evelyn Reid
Thomson-Mrs. Frances Evelyn Reid, 72, entered into rest December 23, 2014.
Mrs. Reid was born in Lincolnton, GA and lived in Thomson for many years. She retired from Columbia County Board of Education. Mrs. Reid was a member of Mesena United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Allen Wood, Leonard Wood and Richard Bryant;
sisters, Louise Reeves, Jane Mather; 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Westview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the graveside.
Beggs Funeral Home 799 Cobbham Rd., Thomson, GA is in charge.
