Frances Banks
Mrs. Banks, daughter of the late Bedford A. and Della Brown Teasley was born in Lincoln County on May 27th,1912. She was a lifelong resident of Lincoln County and member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Her husband, Roy Banks, sons, Carl Banks and Marvin Banks, and daughter, Louise Banks Rowland preceded her in death. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany United Methodist Church, in care of Mr. Edwin Burgess, 2578 Remsen Rd., Lincolnton, Ga. 30817.
