Fair M. Hinton

Mrs. Alma Fair Mulkey Hinton entered into rest April 10, 2013 at her home in Warrenton, GA.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon, April 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church, Warrenton with Rev. Mike Dann officiating. Interment to follow at Little Brier Creek Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jeff Hinton, Jay Hinton, Ben Hinton, Franklin Banks, Jr., Jay Reese and great grandson, Dalton Reese.

Miss Fair was the daughter of the late Anna Lou Ellen Mulkey and the late Franklin Mulkey. She retired as head supervisor from Garland Knitting Mills of Warrenton. Miss Fair was also a faithful and devoted member of First Baptist Church, Warrenton.

She was preceded in death by husband, James Louie Hinton and grandson, Jason Landry Smallwood of Griffin, GA.

Miss Fair was the beloved mother of three daughters, Gerry H. Smallwood (Jim) of Griffin, GA, Ellen H. Sorrentino (Neil) of Greensboro, GA, Zephie H. Banks of Thomson, GA; and one son, Reginald Mulkey Hinton (Sherryle) of Warrenton, GA; her 9 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Survivors also include, Ann Hinton Smith and Franklin Banks, Sr. of Warrenton, GA.

Miss Fair's family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to caregiver, Velma Morgan.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
