Eva Durnell Thomson,Ga. - Mrs. Eva Neiberline Durnell, 83 of Jackson Street entered into rest January 11, 2010. She was the wife of the late Charles Durnell. Mrs. Durnell was born in Chilicotte, Ohio and was the daughter of the late William Leroy Neiberline and the late Anna Laurie Calvert Neiberline. She lived in Thomson, Georgia for over 25 years. Mrs. Durnell was retired as a bookkeeper from Coca Cola Bottling Company. Survivors include her children; Tom Daines of Stafford, Virginia and Mary James of Dearing, Georgia; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Mrs. Durnell was preceded in death by a daughter, Gail Lee Daines Stanley. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 pm Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the residence of Mary James 4128 Fischer Rd. Dearing, Georgia.
