Eula Mae Mobley

Mrs. Eula Mae Edwards Mobley, 80 of Oak Grove Road, Washington, entered into eternal rest on November 10, 2022, at Southern Manor.

A memorial graveside service is planned for Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery, 3219 Metsaville Road, Washington, Georgia.

Mrs. Mobley was born in Crawfordville, Georgia to the late Daniel Littleton and Elizabeth Davis Edwards.  She attended school at Alexander Stephens and moved to Wilkes County around 1960 where she had lived until her death.  She was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church for 60 years and she loved helping with Vacation Bible School there.  Mrs. Eula had a green thumb; flower gardening was her passion, and spending time with her family brought her much joy.  She also loved shopping.

Mrs. Mobley is survived by her son; William P. Mobley and wife Angela, sister; Priscilla Dingler and husband, Edward, brother; Henry Edwards, grandchildren; Abby Milner, Austin Mobley, Tyler Mobley, Hannah Hendry, and Summer Safrit and three great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Mobley and daughter Mary Bailey.
