Elliott Lonnie Fulmer, Sr.

Elliott "Lonnie" Fulmer, Sr. Thomson, Georgia- Mr. Elliott "Lonnie" Fulmer, Sr. 72, of Honeysuckle Lane entered into rest October 20, 2014. Mr. Fulmer was born in Aiken, SC and the son of the late George N. Taylor and the late Beatrice Johnson Taylor. He was a retired General Superintendent with Thomson Roofing after many years of service. Mr. Fulmer was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Survivors include his daughters, Cindy Nash and husband, Dale, Lonnie Marie Przybysz and husband, Richard; sons, Calvin Fulmer and wife, Julie, Elliott Fulmer and wife, Chasity all of Thomson; sisters, Debbie Sightler, Linda Broome, Vicky Caine, Betty Duncan, Barbara Kimball and Cynthia Patton; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Mr. Fulmer was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy E. Rachels. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Faith Baptist Church with Dr. Don Widener and Rev. Elliott Fulmer officiating. Interment will follow in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be: Jay Poston, Curtis Johnson, James Holloway, Troy Miles, Jesse Jackson and Mike Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Thomson Roofing and Two State Construction. Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 973 Salem Rd., Thomson, GA 30824. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
