Beech Island, South Carolina - Mrs. Dorothy Jane Richardson, 55, of Belvedere Road entered into rest March 31, 2020.

Mrs. Richardson was a native of Richmond County, but lived in Beech Island and was the daughter of Mr. Edward Garfield Richardson, Sr. and Mrs. Iona Cooper Fouch.  She was a construction worker and a Baptist by faith.  Dorothy loved going fishing, camping, gardening, and shopping when she got a chance.  She loved being around her family and friends.  Mrs. Richardson was predeceased by a brother Edward Garfield Richardson, Jr.

Survivors in addition to her parents are a son, Robert Michael Moon; daughter, Stephanie Belanger; half-brother, Edward Garfield Richardson, III; two sisters, Janice Reynolds (Chris) and Patricia Keeling; three grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

No services will be held at this time.

Due to the current National State of Emergency the family would appreciate any phone calls, emails, cards and text messages during this time. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
