Donna Ruth Butts

Donna Ruth Butts, 72, Thomson, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on June 30, 2024. Donna was born and raised in Anthony, Kansas on February 6, 1952, graduated from Anthony High School and loved being a homemaker for her family.  She enjoyed writing, baking, gardening and reading, and had a special interest in extraterrestrial and outer space.  She was a God-fearing woman and especially loved spending time with her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Butts; parents, Perry Max Moore and Reba Helen Patterson Moore; her sons, Gavin Butts, Christopher Butts and Joseph Butts; her brothers, Terry Moore, Dennis Moore and Mickey Moore and her sisters, Barbara Little and Judy Puchett.  Donna's survivors include her son, Jerry Butts; her daughters, Cassandra Jowers and Nicole Fraizer; her grandchildren, Alexander, Matt, Luna, Saige, Jayson, Willow, Gage, Indigo, Jassmyn, Marissa, Ashton and Soul; and her nephew, Perry Johnson.

A Visitation will be held one hour before her service, and her Funeral Service, being officiated by Rev. Larron Pilgrim, will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with the interment at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens following the service.  Pallbearers for the service are Alex Butts, Jeremy Evans, Grayson Goble and Nathan Barber.  Please visit www.beggsfuneralhome.net to sign the family's personal guestbook.
