Mr. Donald Glen Mathews, 89, of Mulberry Lane entered into rest on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at his residence.  He was a native of Morrison, Illinois and had lived in the Savannah Lakes community for the past twenty-four years.  Mr. Matthews served his country honorably in the United States Army and had retired from Motors Insurance Corporation of General Motors. He was a member of The Lutheran Church By The Lake.

Survivors include his son, Kevin Glen Mathews & wife, Paula of Henderson, NV; his daughters Kelly Romich of Marietta, GA and Michelle Mathews of Las Vegas, NV; his brother, Harold Glen Mathews of North Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren:  Laura Mathews, Michael Mathews, Kris Mathews, Cameron Mathews, Jarrett Paul, and Drew Romich.

In keeping with Mr. Mathews' request there will be no services or visitation.
