Donald Bryant Foster

Lincolnton, Georgia- Mr. Donald Bryant Foster, 83, entered into rest December 14, 2015 at University Hospital.

Mr. Foster was born in Atlanta, Georgia, later moved to Florida and lived in Lincoln County for 19 years. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology. He was retired from Sears as a buyer for the automotive department.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann Strong Foster; a daughter Karen Dean (Bill); a son Keith Foster (Julie); a step-daughter Pamela Kay Sigler Yates; sisters Beverly Knotts of Plant City, FL, Carole Lee of Palm Harbor, FL, and Iris Conley of Lakeland FL; 6 grandchildren, Michael Cureau, Brittany Foster, Kiana Foster, Anabeth Foster, Hunter Wingo, Fisher Yates; and a great granddaughter Addy Wingo. Mr. Foster was predeceased by his parents, Hazel Strickland and Glover Foster; a sister, Sandra Amaral; and his first wife, Joan Foster.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 11, 2016 at Raysville Baptist Church with Rev. Jon Richards officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Raysville Baptist Church, 5264 Lincolnton Rd., Thomson, GA.
