Dianne Parks

Ms. Dianne Parks, 66 of Soap Creek Lodge Rd. entered into rest on Friday, December 15, 2017.

Ms. Parks, daughter of the late Albert and Sarah Edna Burton Parks, was a lifelong resident of Lincoln County. She had been employed by Clark Schwebel and Soap Creek Restaurant and was of the Methodist faith. In recent years, she had spent her time caring for her granddaughters, Kansas and Kollyns, whom she loved dearly. Her beloved brother, Dennis Parks passed away last year.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Corey and husband, Jack; grandchildren, Kansas and Kollyns Corey; sister-in-law, Linda Parks; nephew, Woody Parks and wife, Jennifer; great nephew Tripp Parks; stepchildren, Lisa Harley, Edward Harley and Leroy Harley; and her little four legged companion,  Daisy.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 19th at 1 p.m. at Pine Grove United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 7pm until 9pm at Beggs Funeral Home 200 May Ave., Lincolnton, GA 30817, Phone: 706-359-4117
