Diane Fisher Lamar, 71 of Tignall entered into rest on Tuesday, May 12, 2025 at her residence. Daughter of the late Robert Travis Fisher and Lenor Johnson Turner, she was born on September 14, 1953 in Calhoun Falls, SC.
She lived in Lincolnton, Georgia, until 2016 before moving to Tignall, Diane's life was marked by her dedication to her work and her family. Throughout her lifetime, she was employed by Prater Homes and McKellar Logging, which showcased her versatility and commitment to any task at hand. Diane's passion for creativity and service shone brightly as the owner and operator of Diane's Creations, a florist and retail store in McCormick. Her entrepreneurial journey did not end there; she continued to work tirelessly alongside Coleman McKellar at their produce stand until his passing. Diane's love for her family was the cornerstone of her existence. She was a matriarch in the truest sense, a hard worker who instilled the values of loyalty, love, and dedication in her children and grandchildren.
