Thomson, Georgia - Mr. David Wayne Broome, 63, entered into rest on August 14, 2017.

Mr. Broome lived most of his life in McDuffie County, Georgia, having been born in Great Falls, South Carolina to the late Henry Brown Broome and the late Janie Kelly Broome.  He was a crane operator for Two State Construction.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beth Norris; brother, Wayne Broome; and sisters, Patricia Wood and Sandra Broome.

Survivors include his brothers, Richard Broome and Mike Broome and his sister, Cathy Whitaker.

No service will be held.  The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Wednesday at David's home, 603 Guill St., Thomson, GA.

Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
