Dearing, GA – Daniel Lee "Boo" Whitaker, 33, entered into rest October 8, 2016.

Daniel was a lifelong resident of McDuffie County, GA and a graduate of Thomson High School. He was a Baptist by faith.

Survivors include his father, Herbert "Danny" Whitaker; mother, Cathy Broome Whitaker; brother, Ronnie Welch; and sisters, Kristi Whitaker, Sharee Whitaker and Stephanie Bohler.  Additional family members, Jerry and Barbara Cluckey, Krystal Johnson, Steven Cluckey, Lexi Johnson, and Kaleigh Johnson.

Memorial services will be held at 2 o'clock p.m., Friday, October 14th in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Martin officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Rd., Thomson, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
