Dan Allen

Mr. Dan Allen, 62, husband of the late Anita Morgan Allen, of Poplar Dr. entered into rest on May 26, 2016.

Mr. Allen, a lifelong resident of Wilkes County, was the son of the late Charles D. and Ann Walton Allen. He was a retired building contractor and a member of New Life Baptist Church  His wife, Anita Morgan Allen and nephew, Marcus Denard,  preceded him in death.

Shane Allen, Chris Morgan and Phil Morgan all of Washington

Grandchildren : Colby Morgan, Jacob Morgan, Chance Morgan, Dylan Morgan, Grace Morgan, AnneMarie Allen, Sam Allen, and Darrel Hollins

Great- grandchildren : Kaylee Morgan, and Emmey Schartzmiller

Sister: Karen Pruitt and husband, Pat of Cross Hill, SC

Nephews: Matthew Denard and Tom Denard both of Washington

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 4 ^th at 2 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church with Pastor Arthur Key officiating.
