Cynthia Knight Cason

Thomson, GA – Mrs. Cynthia Knight  "Cindy" Cason, 62, entered into rest September 23, 2018.

Cindy was a lifelong resident of McDuffie County, GA and the daughter of the late R. L. "Pete" Knight, Sr. and the late Rhoda Reese Brown. She worked at Glit in Wrens for many years and was a homemaker. Cindy was a Baptist by faith and enjoyed reading in her spare time.

Survivors include her son, Patrick Ivie (Tricia); daughter, Lokey Rabun Mauck both of Thomson; and brother, R. L. "Pete" Knight, Jr. of England; and grandchildren, Katelyn Phillips, Knight Ivie, Billy Ivie, Dani Ivie, Landon Mauck, and Candler Story.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 29, 2018 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Bowers and Steve Candler officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
