Corrine Hobbs Thomson, GA. - Mrs. Corrine Hobbs, 76, of Edgar Circle entered into rest December 12, 2012 at Gibson Health and Rehabilitation. She was the wife of the late Cecil Roger Hobbs. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Hobbs was the daughter of the late John Edward Newsome and the late Nannie Lou Cooper Newsome of Avera. She was a homemaker and was Baptist by faith. Mrs. Hobbs had resided in Thomson most of her life. Survivors include her son, Roger Hobbs and his wife, Nancy; daughters, Cecilia Kitchens and Peggy Visioli; brother, John Newsome, Jr.; sisters, Virginia Sibley, Avice Hinton, and Jeanette Whitaker; grandchildren, Robert Hobbs and Melissa Visioli. Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson is in charge of arrangements.
