Thomson, GA- Corey Glenn Hillman, 27, entered into rest May 28, 2016.

Corey was a lifelong resident of McDuffie County, GA and was a 2007 graduate of Thomson High School. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the lake. Corey was a member of the Local #709 Iron Workers Union and he was a member of Faith Baptist Church. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, John F. Adkins and Louise S. Adkins and paternal grandparents, Eldridge Hillman and Peggy Hillman.

Survivors include his father, Harvey Hillman; mother, Harriett Adkins Marsh; step father, Clay Marsh; brother, Dalton Hillman all of Thomson, GA and several aunts and uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock p.m., Wednesday, June 1 ^st at Faith Baptist Church with Dr. Don Widener officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Reed Wheeler, Brian Dent, Bobby Anderson, Kyle Ewest, Jason Manning and Brandon Hillman.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
