Connie Cutrone Thompson, 75, Appling, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on December 5, 2024.

Connie was born in Augusta, Georgia on July 28, 1949, grew up and lived in the Augusta area most of her life.  She was Baptist by faith and a member of Sharon Baptist Church. She worked as an administrative assistant with BellSouth and ATT before retiring, and she enjoyed shopping, laughing, serving others and loved spending time with her friends and family.  Connie had a true heart of gold.

Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Tommy" Raymond Thompson; her parents, Dick Cutrone and Lillian Smith Cutrone and her sister, Retta Brower.  She is survived by her son, Len Dozier (Michelle); her daughters, Kelly Tully (Rick), Kim Raborn (Matt) and Kristi Thompson; her sister, Nancy Green (Steve); her grandchildren, Chase Dozier, Ashleigh Brown (Toby), Heather Raborn and Laura-Kate Tully and her great grandchildren, Faith Brown, Baylee Brown and Selah Hope Brown.

Her Celebration of Life Graveside Service, being officiated by Rev. Andy Collins, (Private for Family Only) will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery, 6262 Cobbham Road, Appling, Georgia 30802.  Following the graveside service, family and friends may gather at the home of David Thompson, 7965 Lakeside Drive, Appling, Georgia.
