Connie Lynn (Dorris) Menees

Mrs. Connie Lynn Dorris Menees, 73, wife of Mark Menees, entered into rest on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at her residence.

Mrs. Menees was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was a longtime resident of Thomson.  She was the daughter of the late Jack and Maude Dorris.  She loved riding her golf cart, enjoyed doing crafts and other activities at the Senior Citizens Center.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Menees;  sisters-in-law, Margaret Martin and Lisa Reynolds;  her father-in-law and mother-in-law Ralph and Myra Menees; several nieces and nephews;  and her fur baby "Little Bit".

If so desired, memorials may be made in Connie's memory to Washington Heights Baptist Church, 1495 Washington Road, Thomson, Georgia  30824.

A Visitation with the family will be held at Washington Heights Baptist Church, on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service at 5:00 p.m. following the visitation.  Rev. Gary Caudill will be officiating.
