Mr. Norman, a lifelong resident of Lincoln County, was the son of the late Peyton W. and Mary Sallie Bentley Norman. He owned and operated Norman Wrecking Co. for over 55 years. He was a member of Hephzibah Baptist Church and the Lincolnton F&AM Masonic Lodge #354. Survivors: Wife of 59 years, Mary Elizabeth Maxwell Norman Daughters: Margaret N. Jones, and husband, James, Washington Shirley N. Dawkins and husband, Danny, Lincolnton Valerie N. Raley, and husband, Ricky, Lincolnton Sons: Clarence E. Norman, Jr., and wife, Melissa John Peyton Norman, Lincolnton Brother: William Norman, and wife, Iris, Lincolnton Sister: Frances N. Bryan, Lincolnton Grandchildren: Sandy Miller, and husband, Eric; Mary Acuna, and husband, Alex; James Jones, Jr.; Daniel B. Dawkins, Jr.; Beth Antonakos, and husband, Clay; Ricky A. Raley, Jr, and wife, Natasha; Ellis Raley, Clarence E. "Tripp" Norman, III, Johnathan Davis and wife Jennifer; John P. Norman, II, and Clayton M.
