Christine "Chris" Cosby

Mrs. Christine "Chris" Allen Cosby, 74 of Washington, died Sunday, August 26, 2012 at her residence. A native of Union County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Elgin and Grova Stover Allen, and was a member of Hephzibah Baptist Church. Graveside services will held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery with Revs. Allen Danner and Joe Marsh officiating. She is survived by her husband, Robert C. "Bob" Cosby; a daughter, Pam Fain of Tignall; a son, Charles Allen Cosby of Washington; a brother, Jackie Allen of Blairsville, GA; a sister, Geraldine Roper of Acworth, GA; and four grandchildren: Shannon Easter, Tommy Fain, Ben Cosby, and Rett Cosby. Friends may call at the residence or from 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
