Charles Pullen

Mr. Pullen had retired as a route salesman from Pet Milk and the Colonial Bread Company. He was a member of Cliffords Grove Baptist Church where he had served as a deacon and Sunday School teacher. Survivors include his wife, Dianne Sandifer Pullen; three daughters: Michelle P. McAvoy of Athens, Phoebe P. Davis of Tignall, and Karmen P. Moon of Washington; a son, Douglas B. Pullen of Washington; a brother, Larry W. Pullen; eight grandchildren: Morgan McAvoy, Charlie McAvoy, Blake Davis, Aubrey Davis, Samuel Moon, Hannah Grace Moon, Talon Pullen, and Tinsley Pullen, and two great-grandchildren. A Life Celebration will be held at Cliffords Grove Baptist Church, Washington, on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at 3:00pm. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall from 2:00pm until the hour of service. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Blvd., Augusta, GA 30909.
