Charles Elvington
Mr. Elvington, a native of Fulton County, was the son of the late Clarence Baxter and Anna Ruth Maddox Elvington. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force, and veteran of the Korean Conflict and Vietnam Era. He has resided in Lincolnton since 1975.
