Mr. Charles "Chuck" Cason, entered into rest on December 30, 2024, at the age of 66. He was a native of Warren County Georgia.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Helen Cason. He is survived by his daughter, Sabrina Swain (Ryan); his sons, Chris Cason (Lynn) and Charles Cason (Wendy); his sister, Cindy Cason; his grandchildren, Savannah Donegan, Georgia Gooding, Ryan "Scooter" Gooding, Robert Cason, Emma Akers, Jacob Irby (Casey), Gracie Hadden (Will), Cason Swain and Jackson Swain; and also his 3 great grandchildren with another on the way.
Chuck began his career working for his father milking cows and farming. He then decided to follow in his grandfather's footsteps and became a law enforcement officer for many years. His passion for Tennessee Walking horses led him to become a trainer for Alan Foreman Stables. He finished out his career farming for Larry Hadden. His true loves included growing his own vegetables, hunting, and fishing at his favorite spot on Rocky Comfort Creek. He also had a love for music and enjoyed playing guitar and singing for family and friends.
The visitation will be held at Beggs Funeral Home, on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Paul Reviere officiating. The interment will follow the service at Scruggs Cemetery in Norwood, GA.
