Cecil Arnaldo James

Thomson, Georgia – Mr. Cecil Arnaldo James, 81, of Salem Rd. entered into rest May 10, 2017.

Mr. James was born in Jamaica to the late Cecil Noel James and the late Irene Senior James. He lived in Canada for many years before moving to Augusta, GA and moved to Thomson in 1991. He retired as an mechanical electrical engineer from Colonial Bakery. Mr. James was a Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. James was preceded in death by his daughter, Helen James; brothers, Glenford James, Robert Benjamin James and sister, Cynthia Haffenden.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Frances Elaine James; son, Mark James both of Thomson, GA; sisters, Vivian James, Mortica Chin, Florence Dicker all of Toronto, Canada; and grandchildren, Matthew James, Kyle James, and Benjamin James.
