CAROL W. "C.W." NASON ENTREPRENEUR CAROL W. "C.W." NASON 80 of Ridge Rd. Norwood, McDuffie County, GA entered into rest March 9, 2008. He was the beloved husband of Sarah E. "Libby" Nason for 56 years. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Macedonia United Methodist Church with Rev. David Sisler officiating. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM at the Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City, AL. with Rev. David Howle officiating. Mr. Nason was born in Grier, SC and was the son of the late Albert Dewey Nason and the late Ruby Norris Nason . He graduated from Central High School in Phenix City, AL. He lived most of his life in McDuffie County, GA. Mr. Nason served in the United States Marine Corp. and was a sheet metal worker for 20 years and the owner/operator of Camak Trading Post for many years. He was a Methodist by faith and a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by sons Carol W. Nason, Jr. and Ricky Jones. Survivors include: Wife: Sarah E. "Libby" Nason - Thomson, GA Sons: Randy Jones (Linda) - Sierra Vista, AZ Nile Jones - Atlanta, GA Glen Jones (Wanda) - Augusta, GA Keith Jones (Brenda) - Jeffersonville, GA Kenneth Jones - Thomson, GA Brother: George Nason - Phenix City, AL 12 Grandchildren 5 Great- grandchildren The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Wednesday, March 12 at Beggs Funeral Home.
