Mr. Carl M "Skip" Clevenger passed away Nov. 19, 2020 from a brief illness with his wife, Lorraine at his side.
He was a retired from the US Air Force and the railroad. He had always wanted to live in Georgia and found his special place in Lincolnton, Georgia after working as a Campground Host at Elijah Clark Campground. Carl never knew a stranger and was always there to help with any project. He had many stories to tell and everyone who met him loved being around him. He will forever be missed by many, including his wife, Lorraine; six children, Trevor Clevenger, Allison (Greg) Trappe, Jean (Rob) Nichols, Wanda (Gary) Linville, Jennifer Reed, and Mary (Al) Bolen; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He also had several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Dot M Clevenger, mother June I. Clevenger, and sister Marcielle R Clevenger.
