Bryce Driver

Master Jared Bryce Driver, age 5 of Cedar Rd., Lincolnton entered into rest on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 11 am at Trinity Baptist Church, 4594 Columbia Rd., Martinez, Ga. 30907. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park, Augusta. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 am until the hour of the funeral.

He was born on November 15, 2016 at 32 weeks gestation with congenital hydrocephalus. At 6 weeks old, he had a VP shunt placed and continued in the NICU for 8 weeks. Bryce surpassed milestones and was a thriving young child until he suffered a traumatic brain injury at 15 months that was caused by a ruptured cyst. He was placed on a vent and was pronounced dead. Bryce again overcame every obstacle and defied all odds. He had the brightest, most contagious smile and a special light about him. He loved spending time with his family, especially his sister, Finley Ann. Bryce is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Angelia Stringfield Clark and Clayton Thomas Clark, and by his maternal great-grandfather, Harold T. Clark.

Bryce is survived by his parents, Allie and Jared Driver; sister, Finley Angelia Driver; paternal grandparents, Connie and James Edward Driver; maternal great- grandparents, Roy and Beth Stringfield, and Sandra Clark; paternal great- grandparents, Linda and Lloyd Driver, and Joanne and Earnest Boatright.

Pallbearers will be his father, Jared Driver; grandfather, James Edward Driver; great- grandfather, Roy Stringfield; and uncle, Dalton Seth Clark.
