Crawfordville, GA. - Mr. Brian Stewart, 42, of Nancy Gunn Circle SE entered into rest January 2, 2018 at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro.

Brian grew up traveling and lived in multiple states in the United States as well as Penang, Malaysia. He played all sports, graduated from Johnson City High School and attended East Tennessee State University. Brian loved animals, enjoyed collecting guitars and making music. He made his home in Crawfordville, GA. and was a member of Jennings Baptist Church.

Survivors include his parents, Randy H. Stewart and Jan Carrell Stewart of Crawfordville, GA; brothers, Mark Stewart (Denise) of Toms River, NJ; Daniel Stewart of Crawfordville, GA; and maternal grandmother, Jessie Ray of Norwood, GA.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2018 at Jennings Baptist Church with Rev. John Autry and Rev. David Bridwell officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

It is the family's desire that memorial contributions be made to the Jennings Baptist Church Love Lifted Me Project, 723 Nancy Gunn Circle, Crawfordville, GA 30631.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
