Mr. Billy Ray Parham Lincolnton, GA Mr. Billy Ray Parham, III, 63 of Crook Road,Lincolnton, died Sat., February 9, 2013 at University Hospital, Augusta. Funeral services will held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 2:00p.m. from the Loco Baptist Church with Rev. Marty Pinion & Rev. Paul Reviere officiating. Interment will follow in church cemetery. Mr. Parham was born in Danielsville but lived most of his life in Lincoln County. He was a retired truck driver, logging over three million miles and was U.S. Marine veteran having served during the Vietnam Conflict. Mr. Parham was a member of Loco Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Linda Dillashaw Parham; a son Bryan Ouzts & wife, Sharon, of Martinez; a daughter Sharae Parham Stephens & husband, Jake, of Lincolnton; three brothers: David Parham & wife, Patsy, of Evans; Lucky Parham and Tim Brown both of Lincolnton; a sister Tammie Harley & husband, Edward, of Lincolnton; along with five grandchildren: Kristen Ouzts, Jeremy Ouzts, Alyssa Circo, Joe Circo, and Braelyn Stephens.
