Mrs. LeMar was born on August 31, 1937 to Neal Richards and Leota Smith Richards. Settled in Davenport Iowa for a number of years where she was an outstanding member of the community. After owning her well establish beauty shop Bev and Don decided it was time for a little relaxation. Designing and building their love nest in the wilderness of McCormick SC. Relaxing was not one of Bev's and Don favorite things to do, so like always they became involved in their community, serving in whatever role needed. Bev's hobbies included Mah Jongg, Golf and baking. To her Family ;( and Pumpkin), she will be truly missed. Surviving Spouse: Don LeMar Sons and Daughters: Mary A. Posey of Atlanta, Ga., Joy Blake Of Davenport, Iowa, Don LeMar of Jackson, Ms, Daniel L Scharfenberg of Davenport, Iowa, John LeMar of Davenport. And a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Hold Us Up Lord Lord, we know you're always busy For you've many things to do, But when sorrow overcomes us, Well, we need to talk to you. For we've lost someone precious, and he's with you there above, Her name is Beverly Joyce LeMar, And she's someone whom we love. We are feeling lost and all alone, and though we do believe, we need you, Lord, to hold us up. To help us while we grieve. Please give us strength and courage, Lord, to bear what we must bear and nudge us when of faith is weak. To remind us you are there. Give us hope for our tomorrows, tell us life will still go on, Show us, Lord, that all this darkness will be followed by dawn. You have led us through so many things,
