Betty Jane Wright

Miss Betty Jane Wright, of Double Branches Rd., Lincolnton died Thursday, June 7, 2007 at her residence. She was 75. Graveside services will be held Sat., June 9 at 11 a.m. at Lincolnton City Cemetery with Rev. T.G. Hall officiating. Ms. Wright, daughter of the late Moody L. and Gertrude McNair Wright, was born of Oct. 8, 1931. She was a lifelong resident and member of Lincolnton Baptist Church. Eight of her siblings preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and Talmadge Reed, of Lincolnton and many nieces and nephews. Her great- nephews will serve as pallbearers. They include: Talmadge B. Reed, III, Ken Reed, William T. McWhorter, III, John W. Henderson, III, Judson Reed McWhorter, and Glenn Wright.
