BERMA ANSLEY GIBSON MRS. BERMA ANSLEY GIBSON 78 of Gibson St. Thomson, GA entered into rest November 11, 2008 at Select Specialty Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Sterling T. "Gibby" Gibson. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 13, 2008 at Westview Cemetery with Jerry Carpenter officiating. Mrs. Gibson was born in Columbia County but lived in McDuffie County most of her life . She was the daughter of the late Earl Ansley and the late Chessie Fulbright Ansley. Mrs. Gibson was a homemaker and a member of Whiteoak United Methodist Church. Survivors include: Daughter: Vickie Gibson- Thomson, GA Son: Sterling "Bubba" Gibson and wife Lori - Thomson, GA Sisters: Sara Burke- Decatur, GA and Bernice Pike - Long Beach, California Grandchild: Sam Gibson Step-grandchild: Tyler Owens Sister-in-law: Thelma G.
