Benjamin Dallas Chavous, Sr.

Benjamin Dallas Chavous, Sr., 44, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020.

Benji was a native of Richmond County, Georgia and went to Butler High School. He worked for the Carpenter's Union for many years, and worked most recently with Harrington Home Improvements. Benji enjoyed working on cars and playing golf. He was predeceased by his father, Aubrey Chavous.

Survivors include his mother, Sue Roberts; wife, Nicole Burke; sons, Benjamin Chavous, Jr., Oliver Chavous; daughters, Danielle Olyowski, Rachel Tucker; step son, Nicholas Burke; brother, Aubrey Chavous; sister, Nicolia Evans; grandchildren, Alice Pendrey, Kilian Olyowski, Boone Olowski, and Riley Tucker.

A memorial service will be held at 2p.m., Sunday, December 6, 2020. with Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating.

Per CDC requirements the family will be observing social distancing. Masks are required and appreciated. Due to the current national health concern, the family would appreciate all phone calls, cards, texts, and e-mails.
