Mrs. Hattie Isabelle "Belle" Wall Tankersley, loving mother and devoted wife,  entered into rest on Friday morning, July 19 th at her residence in the Double Branches Community.

Mrs. Tankersley, daughter of the late Herbert Forrest and Erline Bodie Wall, was a native of McCormick, South Carolina, and had lived in Lincoln County most of her life. She was  retired as office manager for Farm Bureau, Lincoln County and was a member of Double Branches Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Millie McDaniel, and brothers, Bob Wall, Ray Wall, Cecil Wall, and Neal Wall.

Members of her family include her husband, Stanton Tankersley, Sr.;

Son: Stan Tankersley, Jr. and wife, Teresa

Daughter: Rosa Lynn Tankersley Collins

Grandchildren: Hattie Lynn Collins, Hannah Nicole Tankersley, Lauren Tankersley Palmer, and Dalton McCurry Tankersley

Great- grandchildren: Dawson Noah Tankersley, Madison Alexandra Tankersley, Tristan Collie Tankersley and Joseph Michael Lionetti

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 21 st at 3 p.m. at Double Branches Baptist Church with Revs. Keith Etheridge and Deryl Odom officiating Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7pm until 9pm on Saturday, July 20 th at the funeral home.
