Dearing, GA- Mrs. Belle Arthur Ivie, 82, entered into rest December 5, 2013.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2013 in chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Danny McClure officiating. Interment will follow in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Mrs. Ivie was born in Greensboro, Georgia and lived in Thomson since 1958. She worked at Thomson Company for over 25 years and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, David Ivie of Dearing, GA; daughter, Kaye Ivie of Thomson, GA; sisters, Pearl Fowler of Crawfordville, GA, Betty Jo Kerlin of Buford, GA, Lucy Bryson of Fayetteville, GA; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Mrs. Ivie was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Ivie and two sons, Butch Ivie and Tony Ivie.

The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m., Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
