Beatrice Sheffield Retired Southern Bell Thomson, GA - Mrs. Beatrice Sheffield, 80 entered into rest September 2, 2010. She was the beloved wife of the late Bill Sheffield. Homegoing services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Larron Pilgrim and Gemmell Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Glascock County, GA. Mrs. Sheffield was born in Avera, GA and lived in Thomson, GA most of her life. She was retired from Southern Bell and civil service from Ft. Gordon. Mrs. Sheffield was also a Baptist by faith. Survivors include her children, Lee Renfroe, Hephzibah, GA, Joy Leek, Appling, GA; grandsons, Christopher Renfroe, Richard Brown; great-grandson, Jackson Cody Lee Renfroe and niece, Pat Lonegran.
