Basilia Cordero Thomson, GA - Mrs. Basilia Cordero, 87 of Howard Street entered into rest August 31, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matthew Erickson officiating. Mrs. Cordero was born in Isabela, Puerto Rico and was the daughter of the late Guillermo Cordero and the late Martina Felciano. She was a homemaker and was a Catholic by faith. Survivors include her children, Brunilda Dienes, Thomson, GA, Marta Rubio, Queretaro, Mexico, Juan R. Crespo, Niles, Michigan, Jose G. Crespo, Mishawaka, Indiana; brother, Monserate Cordero, Isabela, Puerto Rico; 4 granddaughters, 6 grandsons and 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Cordero was preceded in death by her son, Julio C. Crespo.
