Barbara J. Orcutt

Ms. Barbara Jean Jacobs Orcutt,66 of Thomson Hwy.  entered into rest on Thursday, September 12 ^th at  her residence.

Ms. Orcutt, a native of Laurinburg, N.C. , had lived in Darlingtron, S.C.  before moving to Lincoln County over 30 years ago. She had been employed by Oxford Manufacturing.

Her sons, Johnny Harrington and Roger Johnson, preceded her in death.

Survivors include:

Campanion: Danny Dill

Daughter: Helen Stribling, Lincolnton

Brothers: Martin Jacobs, Eddie Jacobs, Billy Jacobs, Daniel Jacobs, and  Jimmy Jacobs

Sisters: Ernestine Presley, Frances Truitt, Peggy Thomas, and Connie Cummings

A viewing and  visitation will be held on Saturday evening from 7pm until 9pm at Beggs Funeral Home, Lincolnton.

Her body will be cremated and no services are planned.
