Barbara Corinne (Joanis) Aube

Mrs. Barbara Corinne Joanis Aube, 81 of Pointe Pleasant Road., entered into rest May 7, 2013 at her residence.  She was a native of Hartford, CT and the daughter of the late William and Marguerete LePage Joanis of Ottawa, Canada.  A former resident of Yorkshire Street, Port Charlotte, FL, she had lived in Lincolnton for the past three years.  She was of the Roman Catholic faith and a homemaker.

Mrs. Aube is survived by her husband, Joseph T.R. Aube; four daughters, Sharon Menzer & husband, Karl of Manassas, VA, Janet Zimmerman & husband, Craig of Lincolnton, Susan Sembenotti & husband, Dennis of Swansea, IL, and Robin Aube-Warren & husband, Ken of Honey Brook, PA; a brother, Ernie Joanis of Florida and a sister, Dorothy Gleason of Connecticut; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The Memorial Mass for the family will be conducted at 11:00am from St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 4921 Columbia Road, Grovetown, GA on May 25, 2013.  The family will receive friends immediately following the services at the church.

The family respectfully requests that memorial contributions may be made for children's cancer research to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
