Arthur Thomas Gunn

Thomson, Georgia- Mr. Arthur Thomas Gunn, 60, of Star Hinson Rd., entered into rest September 3, 2016.

Mr. Gunn was a lifelong resident of McDuffie County, GA and was the son of the late William Frank Gunn and the late Grace Shoemaker Gunn. He was a farmer and a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church.

Survivors include his brother, Oscar Gunn; sisters, Ruby Screws, Margaret Sharp, Doris McCoy, Winnie Proctor, Rosa Thames, Lois Reese, Maggie Sammons and Pauline Dixon.

Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock a.m., Monday, September 5, 2016 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Kitchens officiating. Interment will follow in Marshall Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 9 until 11 a.m., Monday at the funeral home.
