Annie Ruth Clark, 86, Dearing, Georgia, entered into rest on February 9, 2025.

She was born in Lincoln County, Georgia on March 10, 1938, grew up in McDuffie County and lived most of her life in McDuffie County.  She was Baptist by faith and a member of Dearing Baptist Church, was a sales rep with Walmart, enjoyed sewing, cooking camping and gardening and loved spending time with family and friends.

Annie Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Wyman B. Clark; her parents, Robert E. Carithers and Edna Howard Carithers; her son Kevin Clark and her granddaughter, Jessica Hallford.  Her survivors include her son, Michael Clark; her daughter, Kim Hallford (Douglas); her sister, Sandra Church; her grandchildren, Daphne Moss Niki Smith, Jared Vangelder, Wesley Clark and Coty Clark and five great grandchildren and other extended family.

Her Memorial Graveside Service, being officiated by Rev. Mike Timmerman, will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, 2235 Washington Road, Thomson, Georgia at 11:00 a.m.  The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
