Thomson, GA- Mrs. Annie F. "Ann" Callaway, 81, of Hinton Drive entered into rest May 24, 2013.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 26, 2013 at Second Baptist Church with Dr. Ron Drawdy officiating. Interment will be private.

Mrs. Callaway was born in Wilkes County, Georgia and was the daughter of the late H. T. Callaway and the late Mrytice Ogletree Callaway. She lived in Thomson, Georgia most of her life and was the retired owner and operator of Miss Ann's Daycare. Mrs. Callaway was a faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and she loved all children. She was also a devoted charter member of Second Baptist Church.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 63 years, James H. Callaway; sons, Barry Callaway and wife, Pam,  Donnie Callaway, Gary Callaway and wife, Vickie; daughter, Karen C. Shields and husband, Bill; brothers, W. C. "Sonny" Callaway, Cecil Callaway; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the residence of Karen and Bill Shields, 1078 Warrenton Hwy., Thomson, GA or the family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the funeral home.
