Mr. Aaron Conrad Barr, 56, of Barden Bend, passed away at his residence on January 25, 2022.
He was born on January 21, 1966 in Watertown, New York to the late John and Marion Cooper Barr. He had moved from Augusta to Lincolnton in 2003. In past years, he had operated restaurants at Cliatt's Caboose and Home Cooking Express in Lincolnton. He currently owned and operated Parks Land Services, as well as managed Legacy Landscaping.
His outgoing personality, love for people and his big heart, afforded him many opportunities to help others in need. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, vacationing at the beach and cooking. When he was in the restaurant business, he cooked many Thanksgiving meals and shared them with those in need.
Aaron is survived by his wife, Cindy Anderson; sons, Jake Barr (Shawnalyn), Rochester, NY and Richard Padgett, West Palm Beach, FL; brother, Timothy Bates (Carmen), Rochester, NY and their sons, Brad and Shane; sister, Roxy Snyder (Dale) of Rochester, NY and their sons Wes and Austyn; grandchildren, Jayce Barr and Arianny Padgett; his mother and father-in-law Judy and Roy Gmitter, Beech Island, SC, sister-in-law, Pam Ward (Frank), Evans, GA and their son Perry, brother-in-law, Brian Clark (Missy), Augusta, GA and many cousins and other family members.
No service is planned at this time.
