Patricia Elaine (Young) Andrews

Mrs. Patricia Elaine Young Andrews, 67 of Hwy. 220 W., Lincolnton, Ga entered into rest on   November 20, 2019 at her residence with her family by her side.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11 am at Mt Zion United Methodist Church, Washington, Ga. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends in the church sanctuary one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Andrews, daughter of the late James Leslie and Helen Howard Young, was born in Greenwood, SC. When she was very young, she began a career with Milliken Mill, McCormick which spanned over four decades. During her employment with Milliken, she learned many duties throughout the mill which led to a position in training. Following retirement, she worked in the administrative office at Callaway Farms. She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Wilkes County.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William “Joe” Young.

Her smiling, kind and loving ways, will be missed dearly by all that knew her. 

She is survived by her husband, Lee Eugene “Gene” Andrews; son, Mark Andrews, Elberton; brothers, James Allen “Al”  Young; John Young and wife, Patricia of Lincolnton; Dan Young and wife, Michelle of Lincolnton; sisters, Judy Callaway of Crawfordville; nieces and nephews. In addition, her she was very close to her sister-in-law, Lee Young and brother-in-law Eddie Lee Andrews.
