Mr. Leslie Holloway 89, of Double Branches Rd. entered into rest Sunday, July 14th at Lake Crossing Health Care
Mr. Holloway, born in Lincoln county, was one of eight sons and two daughters born to the late Ellis and Annie Lang Holloway He grew up in the Double Branches community and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Following WWII, he married the former Wanda McKinney in 1948 and they lived in Akron, Ohio a few years before returning to Lincoln county . He was a retired cattleman, a member of Martin’s Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church and former member of the Lincoln County Cattleman’s Association. He was preceded in death by two of his grandchildren, Trey Cooper and April Landrum.

Brother: Walter Holloway and wife, Betty
Sisters-in-law: Frances Holloway and Evelyn Holloway
Grandchildren:
Stacey C. Radford, Joshua Cooper, and Jamie Landrum
Great- grandchildren: Hudson Leslie Radford, Sydney Radford, Madison Kelly, and Joel Cooper
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 16th at 1 p.m. at Martin’s Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church with Revs. James James and Pierce Ashmore officiating.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6pm to 8pm on Monday evening at the funeral home.
