Biography

Mr. Stephens, a native of Mooresville, Indiana was retired from the Rushville, Indiana Police Department. He was a former campground host at Elijah Clark State Park in Lincolnton and was a member of Salem Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Grace Fizer Stephens.
