My sincere condolences for your loss.
At Jo 5:28,29 it tells us that God will remember our dead loved ones and will bring them back to life on earth so they can enjoy living forever in peace. Ps 37:11,29.
Imagine the day when there are no more tears of sorrow and death and pain are gone forever. Rev 21:3,4.
i hope these promises will bring you comfort.
