I have enjoyed getting to know Ben these last few years through Kiwanis. He was such a godly man who loved his community and his family. His gentleness, warmth, compassion and sense of humor will always be remembered. I am thankful for his service to our community and will keep all of you, his family and closest friends, in my prayers. May the Lord bless and keep you and make His countenance shine upon you and give you His peace.

Janie Kate I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved husband. He was such a gentle spirit just like his father. I went to school with Ben and have fond memories of him. You were so kind to my daughter and my grandsons Matthew and Joshua when Bethany was going through her cancer battle. Please accept our sincerest condolences and know that we are lifting you and all your family up in our prayers for our precious Lord and Savior to wrap his comforting arms around you, strengthen you in the days ahead, and fill your heart and mind with his lovely peace that truly does surpass all earthly understanding.
YOU ARE LOVED.

LOVE IN CHRIST,
Linda Gunby

Ben and the Blasingame family were always very special friends to me and the Evans family. I will carry memories of playing many rounds of golf with Ben, and days at the University of Georgia. Ben was a great man and friend, and will be missed.
